SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to Lushness Merchants Private Limited. We are committed to delivering our high-quality fabrics, premium apparel, fine imitation jewelry, and authentic herbal products safely and efficiently to our customers globally.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Scope & Destinations
We ship globally from our central export hub in India (Khanna, Punjab) to international destinations including, but not limited to, North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Australia, and Asia.
2. Order Processing & Special Clearance Timelines
Standard Products (Fabrics, Apparel & Imitation Jewelry): Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
Herbal & Botanical Products: To comply with plant protection regulations and ensure disease-free transit, agricultural/herbal consignments require strict phytosanitary inspection. We obtain an official Phytosanitary Certificate (PSC) from the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India, for these items. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for botanical inspections and customs clearance before dispatch.
3. Shipping Carriers & Transit Times
We partner with leading global logistics providers (such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS) to guarantee secure, trackable, and timely deliveries.
Express Shipping: 5 to 7 business days transit time.
Standard Shipping: 10 to 15 business days transit time.
Please note: Transit times are estimates and do not include unforeseen delays at the destination country's customs checkpoint.
4. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance
Customs & Import Fees: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees levied by your country’s customs authority. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the importer (consignee).
Trade Agreement Benefits: For eligible textile, apparel, and jewelry exports to countries with active Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) with India (such as the India-UK FTA), zero-duty or reduced-tariff access may apply. Our documentation team will supply necessary certificates of origin to assist you in claiming these tariff benefits wherever applicable.
5. Prohibited and Restricted Items
We strictly adhere to international shipping regulations.
We do not export materials derived from wild animals protected under the Indian Wildlife Protection Act, 1972.
Herbal liquid formulations, certain essential oils, and specific jewelry metals are subject to safety checks and carrier restrictions. If your destination country prohibits any botanical ingredient, we reserve the right to cancel that portion of your order and issue a full refund.
6. Tracking Your Consignment
Once your shipment is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your active tracking number and a link to trace your package in real-time.
